Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience
- Freshers: ❌ Not eligible
- Diploma / ITI: ❌ Not eligible
- Candidates with relevant experience in Skill Development / Vocational Training / Employability Training will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective classroom and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions using appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Ensure learners understand the subject through activities, discussions and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, mock tests and other evaluations.
- Monitor learner attendance, participation, performance and retention.
- Provide additional support and remedial training to weak learners.
- Conduct employability, communication, workplace-readiness and interview preparation sessions.
- Maintain daily attendance, lesson plans, assessment records and other training documentation.
- Update relevant MIS/LMS/online portals accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Centre Manager, Mobilization Team and Placement Team.
- Support placement activities such as mock interviews, group discussions and job-readiness sessions.
- Participate in job fairs, employer interactions, centre events and learner engagement activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned curriculum and training targets.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Manager/Project Team.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good learner engagement and counselling ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle youth batches independently
- Solid interpersonal and team coordination skills
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach
- Good documentation and reporting skills

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an experienced trainer who can independently manage batches, deliver quality training, maintain documentation and contribute to learner outcomes.

Note: Only candidates meeting the Graduate/Post Graduate + minimum 2 years relevant experience criteria will be considered.
