Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems.
- Track enquiries, leads, orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and regular updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, queries, and requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and orders.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,549.94 - ₹31,366.13 per month
