Job Description – AI/ML Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AI/ML Intern to join our technology team. The intern will get an opportunity to work on real-world Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects and gain hands-on experience in developing, testing, and integrating AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Python and Machine Learning concepts, along with an interest in Computer Vision, OCR, Generative AI, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the team in developing, testing, and implementing AI/ML models for real-world projects.
- Support in collecting, cleaning, pre-processing, and analysing datasets.
- Assist with Machine Learning model training, testing, and evaluation.
- Work on basic ML tasks such as classification, prediction, clustering, and data analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work with Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Assist in developing Computer Vision solutions using OpenCV.
- Work on OCR-related tasks such as text extraction and image/document processing.
- Gain hands-on exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Assist in feature engineering, model optimization, and performance improvement.
- Support the team in integrating AI/ML models with APIs and software applications.
- Explore Generative AI, LLMs, and AI automation tools as required for projects.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting AI/ML models and related technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of datasets, experiments, models, and project implementations.
- Research and learn about emerging AI/ML technologies and tools.




- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and project managers on AI-enabled projects.
- Follow coding, testing, Git/GitHub, and documentation practices followed by the development team.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of OpenCV and Computer Vision.
- Basic understanding of OCR and image/text processing.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic data preprocessing and model evaluation concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new AI/ML technologies and work on real-world projects.

Educational Qualification

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/M.Tech or a related degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects, certifications, or personal AI/ML projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
