Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, passionate, and industry-experienced Digital Marketing Trainer / Faculty to join our team. In this role, you will lead classroom and practical workshop sessions, guiding students through real campaigns, live panel setups, and global certification preparations. The ideal candidate is an active digital marketer or experienced educator who understands real-world campaign execution and AI-driven marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Training:
- Conduct interactive, hands-on training sessions for students, working professionals, and business owners.
- Deliver modules across the digital marketing spectrum: SEO, SEM/Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Teach the integration of AI tools in digital marketing for content generation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation.
- Practical & Live Project Mentorship:
- Guide students through live dashboard access, website setup, ad campaign management, budget allocation, and real-time performance analytics.
- Help students work on capstone projects, agency case studies, and practical assignments.
- Global Certifications & Evaluation:
- Prepare students for global certifications, including Google, Meta, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Evaluate student assignments,



conduct practical assessments, and provide constructive feedback to boost their skill sets and confidence.
- Placement Support & Student Grooming:
- Assist in grooming students for technical interview rounds, practical portfolio reviews, and client pitch simulations (basic).

Key Qualifications & Skill Requirements

- Professional Experience:
- 2–5+ years of practical experience executing real-world digital marketing campaigns (Agency experience is a major plus).
- Prior training, mentoring, or public speaking experience is highly preferred.
- Technical & Marketing Proficiency:
- Expertise in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Analytics).
- Robust knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, content strategy, and basic video/graphic creation workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, automation scripts) used in modern marketing workflows.
- Soft Skills & Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- High energy, patience, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and students from non-tech backgrounds.
