We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to become part of our team in Raikot. The role involves interacting with students, addressing their queries and assisting them throughout the admission journey.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Communicate with students and parents to understand their educational needs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up with potential students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist interested candidates in making informed course and admission decisions.
- Keep lead and enquiry details properly updated.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for admission-related activities.
- Work towards achieving assigned admission and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in counselling,



admissions, telecalling, inside sales or education sales.
- Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident while speaking with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive, responsible and target-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
