The role
You'll collect blood and other samples at patients' homes safely, on time, and with care. On a given day you might:
● Visit patient homes across your area for scheduled sample collections, starting with early-morning fasting slots
● Collect blood samples on the first attempt, including from elderly, children, and difficult-vein patients
● Collect samples as per the test requirements
● Label and barcode every sample correctly and match it to the test form
● Store and carry samples at the right temperature and hand them over to the lab on time
● Follow strict hygiene: sealed sterile kits, gloves,
and safe disposal of needles and biomedical waste
● Explain the process calmly to patients and families and answer basic questions
● Update each visit in the app: reached, collected, and handed over
Who this is for
● DMLT, BSc MLT, or a certified phlebotomy course
● 1+ years of experience in blood collection; home collection experience is a big plus
● Freshers with robust training experience can apply
● Skilled, gentle, and confident with elderly and nervous patients
● Punctual and comfortable starting early (from 6 AM)
● A two-wheeler and good knowledge of Mumbai areas are preferred
● Can speak Hindi and Marathi, with basic English
