About the Role

ETDOX is looking for a student who is highly interested in technology, engineering leadership, and startup building to join as a CTO Intern / Student Technology Lead.

This role is designed for a student who wants practical experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, making architecture decisions, and helping build real technology products.

You do not need to be an experienced CTO. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, leadership potential, curiosity, and the ability to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in leading and coordinating technical team members.
- Help divide projects into tasks and assign them to developers.
- Coordinate with AI/ML, software, data, cloud, and other technical teams.
- Participate in software architecture and technology decisions.
- Review technical work and help maintain development standards.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and technical requirements.
- Help recruit and onboard technical interns/developers.
- Organize technical meetings and development workflows.
- Communicate technical requirements to non-technical team members.
- Research new technologies and recommend suitable tools.
- Help develop prototypes, MVPs, AI solutions, SaaS products, and internal systems.
- Work directly with the founder and senior team on ETDOX's technology roadmap.

Required Skills

Technical

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming.
- Knowledge of at least one language such as Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of databases and APIs.
- Familiarity with software development principles.
- Interest in AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud, SaaS, or up-to-date software engineering.

Leadership





- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate people and projects.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to delegate and follow up.
- Ability to learn quickly.

Preferred

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with personal or academic software projects.
- GitHub projects or technical portfolio.
- Hackathon experience.
- Experience leading a college technical club or team.
- Familiarity with React, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Django, cloud, Docker, AI/ML, LLMs, or databases.
- Previous experience coordinating developers or student teams.
