Job Title: Bodyshop Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to manage day-to-day bodyshop operations, ensure quality repairs, control productivity, and achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete Bodyshop operations including Denting, Painting, Repair & Restoration.
- Supervise and manage technicians, denters, painters and other bodyshop staff.
- Monitor job allocation, repair quality, productivity and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure vehicles are repaired as per company/OEM quality standards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Insurance Team, Surveyors and Customers.
- Monitor bodyshop estimates, approvals and insurance claims.
- Control material consumption, wastage and repair costs.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools and workshop facilities.
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily/monthly operational reports and performance MIS.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and company policies.
- Drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop, preferably in a dealership.
- Strong knowledge of Denting, Painting, Body Repair & Insurance Processes.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of DMS / bodyshop software will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet strict TAT.

Salary: As per experience & interview
Employment: Full Time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
