Job Summary – CNC Turning Operator

We are hiring an experienced CNC Turning Operator with hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC Turning machines for precision machining of engineering components. The candidate should have knowledge of machine setting, tool selection, offsets, drawing reading and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set CNC Turning Machine for production components.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling and chamfering operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Set cutting tools, tool offsets, work offsets and job fixtures.
- Monitor machining parameters and make necessary corrections during production.
- Perform first-piece inspection and check components using Vernier,



Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Identify basic machining/tooling issues and coordinate with the Production/Quality team.
- Maintain machine, tools and workplace as per safety requirements.

Preferred Experience:
2–8 years of experience as a CNC Turning Operator / CNC Setter / CNC Machine Operator, preferably in machine-tool, heavy engineering or precision manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
