- Technical Drafting & Documentation: Produce accurate 2D floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Space Planning: Design functional layouts that optimize traffic flow, furniture placement, and room utility based on client needs and space dimensions.
- Detailing & Millwork: Create detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry, furniture, joinery, and architectural millwork.
- Material & Finish Specification: Select and document appropriate flooring, wall treatments, paint colors, and fixtures that align with the project's budget and aesthetic.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure design plans are structurally feasible and code-compliant.
- Client & Vendor Collaboration: Participate in client meetings to present CAD layouts, incorporate design revisions, and coordinate with material vendors and suppliers.
- Site Supervision & Revisions: Update drawing registers and modify schematics based on in office measurements, engineer feedback, or construction constraints.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
