We’re Hiring – Customer Support Executive

MrMed is hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in Chennai.

About the Role:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with their queries and provide the right support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil
- Good customer handling and listening skills
- Empathetic and patient approach
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, healthcare or e-commerce is preferred
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
