Job Summary

Aretto is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage daily team operations, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business and customer service targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of KPI, KRA, team handling, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate team members' KPI and KRA.
- Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective and improvement measures.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and turnaround time.
- Handle escalated customer and operational issues.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Train and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Ensure team members follow company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support the team during sales campaigns, new product launches, and peak periods.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Team Handling / Customer Support / E-commerce Operations / Retail Operations.
- Strong knowledge of KPI & KRA and performance management.
- Experience in team supervision and target achievement.
- Good knowledge of customer service and e-commerce operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/helpdesk software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Qualification

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
