About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CAD & CAE Instructor/Trainer to teach and mentor students/professionals in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and concepts. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge along with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts in a simple, engaging manner through online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online training sessions on CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Deliver CAE training on tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Hypermesh, Nastran, or similar simulation software
- Design and update course curriculum, training materials, presentations, and practice exercises
- Evaluate student assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback
- Clarify doubts and provide one-on-one/group mentoring support
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and versions of CAD/CAE software
- Conduct assessments/tests to track learner progress
- Assist in curriculum development for new courses or certifications
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, or related Engineering field
- Proven hands-on experience in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, etc.)
- Practical experience in CAE/simulation software (ANSYS, Hypermesh, Abaqus, Nastran, etc.)
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (online training experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels
- Strong internet connection and a personal computer/laptop for remote delivery
- Self-motivated with good time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in relevant CAD/CAE software
- Prior experience with LMS platforms, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools for online teaching
- Industry experience in design, analysis, or product development roles

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
