The Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day Delivery Center operations, supervising the operations team, ensuring smooth shipment movement, and achieving productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, loading, dispatch, and outbound operations.
- Supervise Delivery Associates, Warehouse Associates, Loaders, Unloaders, and other operational staff.
- Allocate manpower and responsibilities based on shipment volume and operational requirements.
- Prepare shift rosters and monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower utilization.
- Monitor shipment TAT, productivity, SLA adherence, delivery performance, and shipment accuracy.
- Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and handover of shipments.
- Coordinate with Hub, Last Mile, Line Haul, Pickup, Fleet, Security, and support teams.
- Track and resolve shipment exceptions, delays, misroutes, damages, shortages, and other operational issues.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely corrective action.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Maintain discipline, safety, security,



housekeeping, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports, MIS, and performance updates.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational errors.
- Support peak-volume operations and ensure smooth workflow during high shipment periods.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
