Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Turning machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions and process sheets.
- Set and operate CNC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures and work-holding devices.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset correction and basic parameter adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure required cycle time and productivity.
- Inspect components using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Identify machining defects, tool wear and machine abnormalities and report them to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S, safety and quality standards.
- Record production and inspection details as required.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Any relevant technical qualification.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in CNC Turning operations.




- Experience in precision machining / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
