We are looking for a motivated and driven Fresher Mobile Application Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will assist in building, testing, and deploying mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. You will work alongside experienced developers to turn product ideas into smooth, responsive mobile experiences.

This role begins with a 3-month unpaid training and evaluation period, structured as an intensive, hands-on internship. Upon successful completion and performance review, candidates demonstrating strong aptitude and ownership will transition into a regular, salaried full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

- App Development: Assist in developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms using native technologies (Kotlin/Java, Swift) or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native).
- API Integration: Connect mobile frontends with backend RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile layouts across various screen sizes.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify bugs, troubleshoot app crashes, and perform unit/functional testing to ensure stability.
- Lifecycle Management: Learn and participate in the app build, testing, and deployment processes for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA,



or related technical disciplines (Recent graduates or final-year students eligible).
- Core Programming Skills: Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and languages such as Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Java.
- Platform/Framework Exposure: Academic or personal project experience with Flutter, React Native, Android (Kotlin/Java), or iOS (Swift).
- Basic Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Android Studio, and/or Xcode.
- Projects / Demos: At least 1–2 college, hobby, or personal mobile application projects to showcase during the interview.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to learn new mobile SDKs, and a team-player attitude.

Compensation & Progression

- First 3 Months: Unpaid training, mentorship, and assessment period.
- Month 4 Onward: Transition to full-time employment with a competitive fresher salary package based on performance and evaluation during the initial 3 months.
