Inside Sales Intern for Sivido

Employment Type: Internship.
Internship Period: 6 Months.

Preferred Candidate Location: Delhi/NCR, specifically Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Meerut.

Compensation: Monthly stipend of ₹5,000/- (performance-based) with additional incentives for achieving beyond designated targets.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

- Remote Pitching & Conversion: Conduct outbound calls on leads and handle inbound inquiries to pitch the benefits of the Sivido application directly to commercial drivers.
- Digital Onboarding: Remotely onboard drivers onto the application, ensuring a seamless transition onto the mobility platform.
- Registration & Compliance: Guide drivers step-by-step through the digital registration process,



and collect and verify necessary documentation (DL, Aadhaar, and PAN) over phone or digital channels to ensure successful app activation.
- Support & Feedback: Act as the primary point of contact over the phone to solve driver queries promptly and proactively take feedback from drivers to improve operational efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate daily call log and track onboarding statuses to ensure targets are met consistently.
