Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems at our properties, project sites, and offices. The candidate should be able to identify plumbing issues and complete repair work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
- Install and repair pipes, taps, valves, toilets, wash basins, showers, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Identify and repair water leaks, blockages, and pipe damage.
- Check water pressure and ensure proper water flow.
- Carry out plumbing work during property construction and maintenance.
- Attend customer/property plumbing complaints and complete repair work.
- Inspect plumbing systems regularly and identify potential problems.
- Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
- Follow safety procedures while performing plumbing work.
- Maintain records of materials used and work completed.
- Perform other plumbing and maintenance duties assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / relevant plumbing certification preferred.




- 2–5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of plumbing tools, pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Ability to read basic plumbing layouts is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at project sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous experience in construction or real estate projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
