Position: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination and manpower deployment.
- Manage employee grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related queries and attendance data.
- Ensure timely submission and maintenance of HR statutory compliance records.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Labour Law and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse/site teams for manpower requirements and employee issues.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, show-cause and relieving letters.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct and attendance.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with employees, clients and management for HR-related matters.




- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Logistics, Warehouse, Telecom or Manpower/Contract Labour industry.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, minimum wages and labour compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR MIS.
- Ability to independently handle site/warehouse HR operations.
- Robust problem-solving and employee-handling skills

Salary

Rs.18000 to 22000 (Salary will be based on experience, skills and suitability.)
