Exp: 0-2 yrs
Key Requirements:
- LL.B. graduate/advocate
- Valuable practical knowledge of Section 138, SARFAESI and Arbitration
- Experience in legal notices, demand/recall notices and recovery-related documentation
- Court case coordination and follow-up with advocates/vendors
- Maintaining legal trackers, Excel reports and case-wise records
- Coordination with branches, internal teams and external legal vendors
Preferred: Candidates with experience in an NBFC, bank, financial institution or corporate legal/recovery team.
Fresher candidates with good practical knowledge of the above legal areas may also be considered.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
