Position: IT Executive

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, including allocation, tracking, repair, replacement, and disposal.
- Provide first-level support for operating systems, applications, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
- Monitor network and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, hardware/software vendors, and other external IT service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, licenses, warranties, and service records.
- Ensure regular backup, antivirus, security updates, and basic IT security practices are followed.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees,



including system setup, access provisioning, and asset handover/recovery.
- Support CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, printers, meeting-room equipment, and other office technology as required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate vendor or senior IT team when required.
- Ensure IT policies and security procedures are followed across the organization.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in IT support/infrastructure.

· Valuable knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.

· Hands-on experience with hardware, software installation, and IT asset management.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT support activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
