About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong visual communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing creatives, and hands-on experience creating engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, reels, stories, advertisements, websites, banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and visual content as required.
- Convert creative briefs into effective and engaging visual designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, social media formats, AI design tools, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop with strong hands-on experience.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and other professional graphic design software.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, Figma,



CorelDRAW, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both creative and marketing-focused.
- Good understanding of social media creative sizes and digital advertising formats.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate ideas clearly.
