About the Role

NUVORA Stays is looking for a creative, camera-confident, and performance-focused Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to build and grow our social-media presence.

This is not solely a posting and scheduling role. You will develop content strategies, generate original ideas, write engaging copy, coordinate content production, analyze performance, and appear on camera as one of the faces and voices of NUVORA Stays.

Candidates must be comfortable creating on-camera content for Reels, videos, interviews, property showcases, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow NUVORA Stays’ social-media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Create original ideas for Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, and campaigns.
- Monitor trends and adapt relevant formats for the NUVORA Stays brand.
- Appear on camera in Reels, videos, property showcases, and campaigns.
- Write captions, hooks, video scripts, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing team members.
- Publish and schedule approved content.
- Engage appropriately with comments, messages, and online communities.
- Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Use performance data to improve future content and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Prepare regular social-media performance reports.
- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and content trends.

Required Skills and Experience

- One to three years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing social-media accounts for a brand, business, agency, or organization.
- Strong content ideation,



copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Confidence and clear communication when appearing on camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and platform trends.
- Ability to create content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Working knowledge of social-media analytics and reporting.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Requirements

- This is a full-time, in-person position in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
- Candidates must be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
