Job Title: Senior Site Civil Engineer – Civil & Interior

Location: Calicut

Experience: above 6years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Site civil Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in civil construction and interior fit-out works, with proven experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil & interior works at the site.

Review and check architectural, structural, and civil drawings to ensure accuracy and coordination.

Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress against deadlines.





Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors.

Maintain quality control, material testing, and proper documentation.

Resolve site-related issues and propose effective solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

Robust knowledge of civil construction, interior finishes, high-rise structures, and hospitality projects.

Excellent expertise in drawing review and coordination (Architectural, Structural & Interior).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project reporting.
