Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic City Head to lead our real estate operations in a key metropolitan area. The City Head will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our business within the designated city. This leadership role requires a visionary individual with a proven track record in the real estate sector, capable of driving market penetration, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and market leadership within the city.
- Full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team across sales, operations, marketing, and support functions, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure recent business opportunities, including property acquisitions, partnerships with developers,



and expansion into new segments.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the city's real estate portfolio, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, property owners, government bodies, and high-net-worth clients.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national real estate regulations and company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, detailed reports on city performance to senior management.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
