Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Manager to manage material receipt, storage, inventory movement, and coordination with internal teams and vendors, ensuring materials are available as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, verification, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movement.
- Prepare and process PRs, GRNs, and material transfer notes.
- Coordinate material requirements for dyeing, stationery, CNC, machine parts, accessories, and other departments.
- Follow up with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Verify materials received against purchase orders and required specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of inventory records.




- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Handle emergency material requirements and ensure smooth material flow to production.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the store.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in stores/material management, preferably in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Experience with PR, GRN, stock transfers, and vendor coordination.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
