We are looking for an experienced Event Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate the execution of events, brand activations, promotional activities, and production-related operations. The candidate should have practical experience in Event Management, Event Production, Advertising, or Experiential Marketing and the ability to supervise teams, vendors, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate on-ground production and execution of events.
- Supervise event setup, dismantling, and production activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, production teams, and event staff.
- Ensure event materials, equipment, branding elements, and resources are arranged on time.
- Monitor event execution according to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage on-site teams and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during event execution.
- Identify operational challenges and resolve issues during events.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper execution of event setups.




- Prepare production updates and report event completion to management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Relevant experience in event production, event operations, event execution, or experiential marketing.
- Mandatory experience in Event Management or Advertising-related production, as required by the client.
- Strong knowledge of event setup, branding execution, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to supervise teams and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to event locations when required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, depending on event schedules.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in event production agencies, experiential marketing companies, advertising agencies, brand activations, exhibitions, or corporate events.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
