Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Engineer to provide technical guidance, monitor construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure that project work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for site-related engineering issues.
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations or quality issues.
- Review BOQ, quantities, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Check contractor work progress and provide technical inputs for execution.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Review and verify work measurements and assist in certification of contractor bills.
- Prepare and review site reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.




- Assist in obtaining required approvals, NOCs, and statutory clearances where applicable.
- Track project progress and highlight technical or execution-related risks to management.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on engineering and construction matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity checking, and billing.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
- Strong site supervision and quality-control skills.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real-estate, residential, commercial, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
