Job Title: Junior Indian Domestic IT / Non-IT Recruiter (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Indian Domestic IT / Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from your home location. We are specifically looking for candidates with 3 to 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience to assist in sourcing and screening talent for domestic Indian market requirements.

- Review and analyze job descriptions to understand client requirements for Indian Domestic IT and Non-IT roles.
- Utilize various job boards and sourcing channels to identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential candidates for domestic hiring.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess candidate interest, communication skills, and basic qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal teams or clients.
- Maintain accurate daily tracking logs, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reporting sheets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 months of proven domestic recruitment experience (Indian IT and Non-IT staffing).
- Skills: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Setup: Must have a personal laptop, functional cell phone, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Work Ethic: High level of dedication, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
