Imagica Health is looking for a Client Service Executive to coordinate with clients and internal design and development teams for the smooth execution of healthcare and digital projects.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in software and digital projects. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal design and development teams.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing basic app flows and user interfaces based on client requirements.
- Support application testing before product release and report issues to the relevant team.
- Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
- Provide basic client support and respond to product-related queries.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in project tracking, analysis, and delivery monitoring.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of apps, software, or digital products is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
