JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS A MANDATORY

o Supporting and collaborating with Heads of Departments (Front Office, F&B; Service, F&B; Production, Banquet, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and IT).

o Ensuring that the premises are in operational condition as per the unit’s category to receive and serve guests.

o Conducting regular operations team meetings.

o Ensuring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all departments and verifying compliance during routine operational checks, seeking guidance from the Director when necessary.

o Monitoring accounts receivable and purchase requisitions.

o Inspecting hotel stores to assess available stock and determine restocking needs.

o Maintaining service standards in F&B; and kitchen operations to ensure quality food.

o Inspecting all outlets and rooms with their respective managers for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming, and hospitality culture.

o Managing the system for purchase requisitions and withdrawals from the store for hotel packages.

o Ensuring Wi-Fi, telephone lines, hotel software, and other networks are fully operational with assistance from the relevant departments.

o Monitoring coordination between all departments for smooth and efficient operations.





o Scheduling work shifts and tasks for all departments staff according to their specialties.

o Organizing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of hotel personnel.

o Coordinating with the Sales people to execute banquets and other bookings, addressing guest requirements.

o Establishing communication channels to interact with customers to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues.

o Monitoring and maintaining operational and overhead costs to maximize revenue for the organization.

o Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as needed, whether formally or informally.

o Being available on call 24 hours a day to resolve urgent problems or emergencies.

Performing any other duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
