About Us:

VCAN Education & Immigration is an overseas consultancy helping students and professionals achieve their dreams of studying and settling abroad. We provide guidance for premier destinations including Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Europe.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and persuasive Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided company leads (social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins).
- Understand candidates' academic backgrounds, course preferences, and study abroad goals.
- Provide clear, helpful information regarding study programs, language tests (IELTS / PTE / Duolingo), and visa counseling.
- Schedule qualified candidates for one-on-one counseling sessions with senior visa counselors.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to maximize office visits.
- Keep accurate call logs,



candidate notes, and status updates in Excel / CRM.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 10+2 or any Bachelor’s degree.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, or inside sales (freshers with outstanding communication are welcome).
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi, with good conversational English.
- Strong phone etiquette, polite interpersonal skills, and active listening.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
