We are looking for a Robotic Trainer & Innovation Engineer who can combine hands-on robotics engineering with technical training and innovation. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and demonstrating robotic systems while also training students, engineers, educators, or customers on robotics technologies.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about robotics, prototyping, emerging technologies, and knowledge sharing, with the ability to convert concepts into working robotic solutions and engaging learning experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesRobotics Engineering & Innovation

- Design, build, program, and test robotic systems, prototypes, and automation solutions.
- Work with robotics platforms, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, PLCs, and embedded systems.
- Develop and integrate robotic mechanisms, electronics, software, and communication interfaces.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mechanical, and integration issues.
- Research emerging technologies in robotics, AI, computer vision, IoT, automation, and autonomous systems.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for current products, training programs, and innovation projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, schematics, source code, and project reports.

Training & Technical Education

- Conduct hands-on robotics workshops, training sessions, bootcamps, and demonstrations.
- Develop training curricula, lab exercises, project guides, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Explain complex robotics concepts clearly to audiences with different technical backgrounds.




- Mentor learners and project teams through robotics design, programming, troubleshooting, and prototyping.
- Evaluate projects and provide technical feedback.
- Support the development of robotics competitions, challenges, and innovation programs.

Project & Collaboration

- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, AI, and product teams.
- Translate ideas and requirements into functional prototypes and demonstrable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and training activities while meeting timelines.
- Support exhibitions, technology demonstrations, customer engagements, and innovation events.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products, training methodologies, and robotics solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong fundamentals in robotics, automation, electronics, and programming.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32, ROS/ROS 2, or similar.
- Programming experience in Python and/or C/C++.
- Understanding of sensors, motors, actuators, motor drivers, communication protocols, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with robotics simulation, computer vision, AI/ML, or IoT is an advantage.
- Ability to assemble, test, debug, and demonstrate robotic systems.
- Strong presentation, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create technical training material and project documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
