TEAM LEADER

Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of callers.

· Handle and supervise a team of minimum 5 members.

· Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

· Track calling, follow-up the performance.

· Support team members in handling customer interactions.

· Conduct regular follow-ups and provide performance feedback.

· Leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines..

· Prepare basic performance reports and share updates with management.

· Handle day-to-day team issues and ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements

· 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a calling or customer-facing environment.

· Proven experience managing a team of minimum 5 members.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.





· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Telugu.

· Candidates who are fluent in all three languages will have an added advantage

· Ability to motivate, guide and manage team members effectively.

· Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
