We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Executive:
- Who has prior experience (2 years+) in the human resources domain
- Who is well-versed with the English language (verbal and written) and the latest British English standards
- Who is comfortable with Microsoft Word, English typing (30 WPM+) and the use of Canva + AI assistants (to create and/or refine social media posts as per the requirements).
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Processing monthly salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Integrating current hires into company culture and setting up orientation
- Setting productivity goals and tracking employee metrics
- Proof-reading across the subjects (English Literature, English Grammar, Mathematics, Science,
Social Studies, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge) from an English point-of-view, once the content has been transformed into a ready-to-print PDF
- Creating social media posts using Canva & AI assistants
- Reviewing the digital support content
Educational Background:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
