About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented BTL Marketing Executive to support our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for market research, field visits, BTL activities, competitor analysis, lead generation, and on-ground promotional activities.

The role requires frequent travel and interaction with dealers, customers, distributors, and other market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market visits and field research to understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Visit dealers, distributors, customers, and potential business locations to collect market information.
- Conduct competitor research on products, pricing, promotions, schemes, and market presence.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities in assigned markets.
- Support exhibitions, dealer meets, roadshows, product demonstrations, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for the execution of marketing activities.
- Generate leads through field activities, market visits, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for lead sharing and follow-up.
- Collect customer/dealer feedback and share market insights with the Marketing team.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, market research, BTL activities, and leads generated.




- Track and report marketing activity expenses as required.
- Travel regularly across assigned markets based on business requirements.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of BTL and field marketing.
- Solid market research and competitor analysis skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and execution abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent travelling and field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain market data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Experience in EV, Lithium-ion Battery, Automotive, Energy, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or B2B industries will be preferred.

Experience in field marketing, BTL activities, exhibitions, dealer marketing, market research, or brand activation will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

The candidate should be energetic, confident, proactive, and comfortable working in the field. The person should have a willingness to travel, interact with market stakeholders, conduct market research, and execute BTL activities effectively.
