About us
Pooja Corporation is an established bearing distribution business, serving traders and industrial customers across Gujarat and India since 1986. We're expanding beyond our traditional trade business to sell directly to industrial customers, and we're building a sales team to drive it.
This is the first hire in that new sales team. You'll be in on the ground floor as we grow - a real opportunity to help shape how we sell, build your own set of accounts, and step into a senior role as the team expands around you.

The role
This is a role for someone who can combine technical understanding with the drive to sell. You'll be out in the field meeting industrial customers - understanding their machinery and applications, recommending the right bearings and products, winning new business, and growing existing accounts. If you enjoy solving a customer's technical problem and closing the sale that follows, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

- Visit industrial customers, factories, and workshops to understand their needs and generate sales
- Recommend the right bearings and products for each customer's application and machinery
- Win new business and grow orders
- Handle technical queries and cross-reference the right part for the customer's requirement
- Build solid, long-term relationships with customers across your territory
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Feed back what you see in the field - customer needs, competitor activity, pricing




- Coordinate with the office team on quotes, orders, and follow-up

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years in technical, industrial, or field sales - bearings, power transmission, tools, or similar products preferred
- A technical foundation - a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is a strong plus (or solid hands-on product knowledge)
- Comfortable selling face-to-face and closing deals
- Willing to travel daily for customer visits; own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Fluent Gujarati and Hindi; working English for quotes and records
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred (not essential)

- Existing experience selling bearings or industrial products in Gujarat
- Familiarity with industrial buyers or OEMs in the region (general market knowledge, not client lists from a current/previous employer)

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
