About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Hunter Sales Professional with a strong network in the South Indian market and proven experience in Adaptable Packaging.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive new business development across South India.
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, distributors, and industry contacts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified business leads.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
- Drive account expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Flexible Packaging industry.
- Strong South India market/network is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in New Business Development and Revenue Target Achievement.




- Strong Hunter Mindset with a passion for acquiring new customers.
- Experience in Account Management and Account Expansion.
- Qualification: MBA or IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) preferred.
- Age: 30–40 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
