Experience: 1–4 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is Semi Qualified CA/ CA Dropout. The role requires a high level of accuracy, discipline, analytical ability, and understanding of audit, financial statements, accounting records, GST, TDS, and other compliance-related processes. The individual will be assisting in the auditing and verification of IPO (Initial Public Offering) process documents having ROC and financial records of company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support compliance and audit-related documentation work
- Track Financial compliance as well as other compliance of the company as per IPO checklist
- Assist in preparation and review of IPO-related documents
- Verify accuracy of data submitted in reports and filings
- Cross-check financial and non-financial information for consistency
- Maintain proper records and documentation files




- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks related to IPO processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Semi-Qualified CA/ CA Drop out (preferred), Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred
- Tally, Balance sheet & income statement preparation, GST, TDS, Auditing
- IPO, Due Diligence, DRHP, RHP, SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, Corporate Compliance, ROC Compliance, Merchant Banking, Financial Analysis, Valuation, Excel, PowerPoint
- Understanding of financial statements, accounts, and documentation
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good communication and coordination skills
