WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Full time | Work From Office | Dehradun

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is hungry to build, sell, and grow with a startup agency working in Software Development, SaaS Development & Digital Solutions.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales role. We’re looking for someone who can generate opportunities, speak confidently with international clients, understand their business problems, and close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking & other channels

• Identify and connect with international prospects

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

• Pitch software development, SaaS and custom technology solutions

• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team

• Negotiate with prospects and close international deals

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients

• Develop long-term relationships with clients

• Research new markets, industries and potential opportunities

What We’re Looking For





• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development

• Experience selling Software Development, SaaS, IT Services or Digital Solutions is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable speaking with international clients

• Proven ability to generate leads independently

• Strong follow-up and closing skills

• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions

• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment

• Willingness to work from office full-time
