Business Development & Revenue Generation: Nn Drive advertisingrevenue for Republic TV’s linear channels by identifying and acquiring current clients across sectors. N Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions. Nnn2. Client & Agency Management: Nn Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients. N Collaborate with agencyplanners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns. Nnn3.



Sales Strategy & Planning: Nn Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets. N Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities. Nnn4. Campaign Execution & Coordination: Nn Work closely withinternal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. N Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction. NnnKey Requirements: N- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television. N- Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients. N- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. N- Proactive, self-driven,and target-oriented approach. N
