Job DescriptionThis role requires a robust leader to manage relationships with key analysts and management at the company to develop a constructive, consultative relationship between VVDN and the analyst community. This individual excels at the fundamentals: bringing established relationships with leading industry analyst firms, and a proven track record of managing analyst relationships, strategic planning and execution of briefings, analyst visits and strategy days. NnLocation: Manesar/ Gurgaon NExp. - Upto 5 yrs. NnResponsibilities: N● Represent the company in front of industry analysts, Develop briefing docs, messaging docs, analyst tours, trade shows, and events. N● Manage and grow analystrelations program to influence key industry analysts in areas related to engineering R&D;, digital, and manufacturing. N● Manage executive participation in analyst interactions and build and nurture the pool of spokespersons across the organization. N● Work with teams such astechnical marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communications, to leverage industry an8alysts across both inbound and outbound activities.



N● Oversee and manage all ongoing contracts with industry analyst firms. N● Provide sales with key insights extracted from analyst coverage reports. N● Participate with other senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives surrounding outreach to industry analysts. N● Generate Analyst Relations content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, and responses to crises and issues. N● Contribute to and review material and content for outward-facing communications. N● Work collaboratively with regional teams to help adapt content & advise on global strategies so local teams can adapt. NRequirements N● Prior experience of working in Marketing N● Experience working directly with executives from business or sectors and executive council N● Knowledge of trends in communications and analyst relations N● Ability to be creative,strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems N● Sound project management and time management skills N
