Job DescriptionRole Summary NThis role is critical to Xiaomi India's financial governance. Aftersales, Retail, Marketing, and Logistics collectively represent a significant portion of operating expenditure. The AM will serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ROI-driven spend management across these functions. NKey ResponsibilitiesnP&L; & Spend Ownership Nn Own the P&L; for assigned functions (Aftersales, Marketing, Logistics, Retail) — full control on Budget vs. Actuals vs. ROI. N End-to-end ownership ofOpex lifecycle: PO to Payment, claims validation, invoice processing, and record maintenance. N Prepare and own MIS, trackers, and reporting for budget vs. spend monitoring. N Track every spend with audit-readiness in mind. NnBusiness Partnering Nn Serve as the single point of contact for Marketing, Logistics, Aftersales, and Retail teams — the one-stop finance partner for all business queries. N Proactively identify gaps, drive resolution, and follow through to closure. N Enable informed decision-making through timely financial insights and strategic support. NnAnalysis & Governance Nn Conduct in-depth expense analysis across functions to surface trends, variances, and actionable insights. N Monitor spend against AOP and Rolling Forecast; proactively flag cost optimization opportunities. N Validate vendor/partnerclaims and invoices thoroughly before routing to AR/AP for accounting.



NnMBR/QBR & Leadership Support Nn Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations with transparent, insight-driven narratives to leadership. NnProcess Improvement & Automation Nn Own problems end-to-end — diagnose, fix, and automate recurring processes in collaboration with the Automation team. N Drive AI adoption and process automation to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy. NnnQualifications & Experience Nn CA with 3–5 yearsof experience in Business Finance / FP or N MBA (Finance) / B.Com /M.Com with 7+ years of experience — preferably in Mobile / Retail industry. N Prior experience in Smartphone or Retail industry strongly preferred. NnTechnical Skills Nn SAP proficiency and advanced MS Excel (non-negotiable). N Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes and IndAS. N Comfort with data toolsand automation platforms for reporting and process improvement. NnSoft Skills & Expectations Nn High integrity and ownership — delivers results with minimal supervision. N Go-getter attitude withthe confidence to push back on business teams when needed. N Strong communication skills; ability to mentor and coach junior team members. N Excellent negotiation skills, particularly with vendors and partners.
