NnRole Overview NWe are looking for an Executive – Business Development to drive institutional sales across schools, colleges and universities in Bengaluru . This is a field-intensive, target-driven role involving lead generation, institutional outreach, client meetings and relationship building. NnnKey Responsibilities Nn Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges and universities across Bengaluru. N Build relationships with Principals, School/College Management, Placement Officers, Admin Heads and other key decision-makers .



N Conduct regular field visits and sales presentations to educational institutions. N Promote Wonderla’s student/group visit packages, educational outings and institutional offerings . N Develop and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline. N Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N Follow up with institutions and convert leads into confirmed group bookings. N Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional visits. N Participate in school/college outreach activities, exhibitions and networking events . N Maintain daily activityreports and sales performance updates. NnnQualification & Experience Nn Graduate / MBA preferred N 0–3 years of experiencein field sales / B2B / institutional sales NnnDesired Profile Nn Kannada & Englishfluency (mandatory) N Willingness to conduct in-person meetings.
