As Marketing Lead, you'll own the development and execution of Elchemy's marketing strategy - from brand positioning to demand generation to go-to-market plans across our product verticals and geographies. You'll build the function from the ground up: content, social, brand, events, campaigns, and the inbound funnel, all while working closely with sales and product to keep marketing tied directly to revenue goals. This role is best suited to someone who thrives on ownership, ambiguity, and building something new.Own and grow Elchemy's inbound marketing engine end-to-end — from traffic and lead generation through to conversion — and be directly accountable for inbound pipeline numbersDrive growth marketing initiatives across channels (SEO, paid, content, email, social) to increase qualified inbound leads, continuously testing,



measuring, and iterating on what moves the needleDefine Elchemy's content strategy to establish the company as an industry leaderAlign all communications with Elchemy's positioning, vision, goals, tone, and identityCascade that value proposition across mediums — email marketing, website, social media, blogs, videos — and define clear communication guidelinesDefine PR strategy and liaise with agencies and media houses, both organic and inorganicEstablish Elchemy's brand presence at B2B events, including leading booth installation and executionDevelop and market the value proposition for current products and new launchesTrack and report on growth and marketing metrics — inbound leads, conversion rates, CAC, campaign ROI — and use data to guide marketing decisionsQualificationsExperience building marketing strategy and function in companies with focus on international marketsA track record in fast-growing environments, with the appetite to move rapid and iterate quicklyStrong team management experience, with a proven ability to build and lead partnerships with external agencies and stakeholdersA strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done mindsetLeadership potential — someone who can grow into building and driving a high-performing marketing teamExcellent cross-functional collaboration skillsDeep expertise in at least one of: content, communications, or brand buildingUnderstanding of sales processes and the ability to align marketing initiatives with commercial and revenue goalsHands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or marketing automation systemsBackground in chemicals, manufacturing, or supply chain is a strong plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
