Job DescriptionJob Description – Vice President, Business Head (Investments) NReporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) NPosition Overview NWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Vice President – Business Head (Investments) to lead business origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management for a leading private credit / investment platform focused on the real estate sector. NThe role will be responsible for sourcing and closing high-quality investment opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, leading a high-performing investment team, and driving business growth. NKey Responsibilities NBusiness Origination & Relationship Management Nn Develop and execute business development and origination strategies aligned with investment objectives. N Originate structured debt and AIF investment opportunities with real estate developers. N Build and maintain relationships with developers, investment bankers, IPCs, and strategic intermediaries. N Develop and manage a strong pipeline of investment opportunities. NnTransaction Execution Nn Lead end-to-end transactions from origination through financial closure. N Structure financing solutions in collaboration with investment teams. N Negotiate commercial terms, transaction structures, security packages, and documentation. N Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and other advisors. N Drive transactions to successful closure while maintaining appropriate governance and risk standards. NnInvestmentEvaluation Nn Review financial models, project cash flows, and investment analyses. N Evaluate project viability, credit risks, and transaction structures. N Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to the Investment Committee (IC) . NnPortfolio Management Nn Monitor portfolioperformance, project progress, covenant compliance, and repayment schedules. N Identify emerging portfolio risks and recommend mitigation strategies.



N Work with borrowers on restructuring, refinancing, or resolution initiatives where required. N Provide periodic portfolio performance updates to senior management. NnLeadership& Team Management Nn Lead and manage ateam of 5–7 investment professionals . N Drive business performance through effective planning, coaching, and performance management. N Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence. NnIndustry &Stakeholder; Management Nn Represent the organization at relevant real estate, investment, and financial-services forums and networking events. N Build relationships with key stakeholders across the real estate and investment ecosystem. N Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy, investment pipeline, and growth initiatives. N Collaborate with legal,finance, risk, and operations teams for transaction execution and portfolio oversight. NnCandidate Profile Nn 10+ yearsof experience in real estate finance, structured credit, private credit, AIFs, investment banking, NBFCs, or real estate investment platforms. N Demonstrated track record of originating, structuring, and closing real estate financing transactions . N Robust relationships within the real estate developer and investment banking ecosystem . N Experience handling transactions in the range of ₹20 crore to ₹100 crore . N Strong understanding ofstructured finance, real estate lending, credit evaluation, and investment structuring. N Experience in portfoliomonitoring and asset management. N Proven experience in team leadership and multi-stakeholder management. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institution. N Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities. N Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. N Experience presenting investment opportunities to senior management and Investment Committees. N High standards of integrity, professionalism, and execution excellence. Nn
