Job DescriptionSAP SuccessFactors Architect NExp-8+ Years NLocation-Bangalore NNotice-Immediate NnWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 7-11 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, integration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise across SuccessFactors modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable HR transformation solutions. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nnn Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and design activities. N Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. N Design and implement SuccessFactors modules such as: N Employee Central (EC) N Performance & Goals (PMGM) N Compensationn Succession & Development N Recruiting Management (RCM) N Onboardingn Learning Management System (LMS) N Define integration architecture between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Payroll, third-party applications, and cloud platforms. N Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. N Conduct solution reviews, architecture assessments,



and best practice recommendations. N Support data migration,security, role-based permissions (RBP), and compliance requirements. N Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, project managers, and development teams. N Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide resolution guidance. N Prepare architecture documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps. NnnQualifications: Nnn 7-9years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors. N Robust expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional SuccessFactors modules. N Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support projects. N Experience with SAP CPI/HCI, Integration Center, APIs, and middleware integrations. N Knowledge of HR business processes including Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. N Experience in data migration and reporting tools. N Understanding of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or SAP S/4HANA integrations. N Ability to conduct solution workshops and architecture discussions with clients. N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nn
