NnAbout the Role: NWe are hiring one sincere, organised graduate for a long-term career opportunity in commercial operations, government tenders and executive support, working directly with the CEO. NnPlease read this description fully before applying. We are looking for a few genuine applications, not many casual ones. NThis is a hands-on backend business-operations role. You will become the dependable person who ensures documents are correct, deadlines are met, customers receive replies, and the company can win and execute serious institutional business. NThe work has four connected parts: Nn Government tender operations — monitoring GeM and e-tender opportunities, compiling documents, submitting bids, tracking corrigenda, EMDs, performance guarantees and deadlines N Commercial coordination — quotations, pricing inputs, vendor documents, orders, banks, logistics, imports and suppliers N Executive support tothe CEO — tracking priorities, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, closing follow-ups N Government institutional sales support — technical-commercial documentation, hospital correspondence, demonstrations and order execution NnnYou are not expected to know GeM, tendering, bank guarantees, imports or hospital procurement on Day 1. You shall receive a formal structured training. A structured, hands-on training programme is planned for the first 4 to 6 weeks ,



delivered by an experienced specialist in this field. You will not be reading manuals — you will be taken through live tenders, real documents, actual hospital correspondence and banking processes as they happen. NnThis is an intensive learning period. It suits someone who takes notes carefully, asks questions the same day rather than a week later, and wants to become genuinely capable rather than merely occupied. NnWhat we need from you: NQualifications are easy. Graduate in any stream, from any college with 0-1 year experience. Freshers with good written and spoken English and Hindi. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, email, PDFs and online portals. NWhat actually matters is temperament: Nn Learning ability — you absorb an unfamiliar process quickly, write things down, and do not need the same thing explained repeatedly N Ownership — work given to you gets completed without reminders N Initiative — you ask the question or close the gap yourself instead of waiting to be told N Accuracy — a single wrong figure can lose a tender N Follow-up discipline — chasing inputs politely but persistently, again and again NnnCompensation and Conditions: Nnn CTC: ₹1.8–3.0 lakh per annum, depending on aptitude, communication ability, computer skills and interview performance N Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM N Location: Work from office, Gurugram, Haryana NnnCandidates from smaller towns and cities are genuinely welcome.
