Key Responsibilities-

Outbound Road Logistics Movement:

1.
Oversee end to end outbound logistics operations across regional & national routes.

2.
Ensure timely & cost-effective delivery to retail outlets & customers.

Strategic planning & Execution:

1.
Develop & implement Short- & long-term logistics strategies aligned with business goals.

2.
Forecast demand and align logistics capacity to support retail expansion.

Vendor Development & Management:

1.
Evaluate, onboard, and manage logistics partners and transport vendors.

2.
Negotiate contract and ensure service level compliance.

Desired skills & Experience-

Proven experience in logistics leadership, from paints sector.

Solid understanding of outbound road transportation network and cost structure

Knowledge in vendor management & contract negotiation

Familiarity with logistics automation tools and digital platform (hands on experience in SAP is mandatory).
