Job Description:

- Qualified CA with around 3–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting.

- Previous experience leading a team of 2-3 employees.

- Strong experience in day-to-day accounting, month-end book closure, financial statements and MIS reporting.

- Must have practical experience in GST, TDS and other statutory compliances, including filing and finalization.

- Should have experience coordinating with external auditors and handling audit requirements.

- Fund accounting experience is a strong must-have, preferably from an AIF, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, or similar financial-services setup.

- Candidates should have hands-on exposure to NAV computation, investment accounting, unrealized gains/losses, and fair-value adjustments.





- Should understand fund transactions such as capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, and investment exits.

- Experience in reconciling fund accounts with banks, brokers or custodians will be preferred.

- Exposure to SEBI AIF regulations and AIF-related compliance will be a solid advantage.

- Good working knowledge of Tally or other accounting/fund-accounting software is required.

Industry to look for candidates from: AIF/PE/VC/Asset Management/financial services backgrounds can be prioritized.

Only Male Candidate are required who should be from Gujarat/Ahmedabad and should be open to relocate to Ahmedabad.
